Michael Clarke Duncan Tests Tint Rules

THE GREEN MILE star Michael Clarke Duncan is testing the patience of Los Angeles police officers by refusing to untint the windows on his Hummer H3 all-terrain vehicles.

The actor's fiancee was already been ticketed for riding around in the red Hummer Duncan bought for her, but the movie star has no plans to ditch his tinted windows, which are illegal in California.

He says, "I got the tinted windows because somebody followed me home one time. The guy said, 'I saw you on the 405 (motorway).'

"Cops, if you see a red Hummer H3 with a pretty Latina in it, that's my girlfriend, and I only do it for security reasons, I promise you.

"A cop gave her a ticket for the tinted windows, but I'm not taking the tint off."
