Michael Clarke Duncan Slims Down

Actor MICHAEL CLARKE DUNCAN embarked on a strict workout regime, after deciding he looked like he was "eight months pregnant" while filming THE SCORPION KING.

The imposing screen star has toned his body up after realising he didn't like what he saw in the mirror.

He says, "In Scorpion King... when I took my shirt off, I looked like I was eight months pregnant. Now I'm down to 260-265 (pounds).

"When I looked in the mirror some months ago, I just realised I was too big. I told my girlfriend, 'I know you'll never say anything, but this can't be sexy. I'm going to do something about this.

"I started doing some calisthenics and stopped eating breads and pasta after 2 pm. I was hard 'cause I love burgers, and me and my girlfriend would wake up at 2.30 in the morning and go to WENDY'S. I had to stop doing all that - and I feel great."
