McKellen Gets Walking For Aids Charity
SIR Ian McKellen is participating in the 10 kilometre (6 mile) WALK FOR life today (19JUN05) to raise funds for HIV and Aids charity CRUSAID.
And the Lord Of The Rings actor won't be the only famous face on the London-based walk: singer Dannii Minogue and Dr Who actor John Barrowman, are all set to sport their training shoes for the charity stroll.
Over 4,200 members of the public are expected to join in the fund-raising fun, which kicks off at the National Theatre on London's South Bank.
