Mccartney Buys Batman Home
Rock legend SIR PAUL McCARTNEY has reportedly bought a $7.6 million (GBP4 million) mansion in California.
The eight-bedroom pad on the VAN VALKENBURG estate in Pasadena, California, featured in the 1960s BATMAN TV series as the home of the Caped Crusader's alter ego, millionaire BRUCE WAYNE.
According to sources, McCartney wants the luxurious home to be an American base for him, wife HEATHER MILLS and their 18-month-old daughter BEATRICE.
A friend says, "Paul has always loved Los Angeles.
"A few years back, he bought COURTNEY LOVE's old home, but it's a bit small for them now."
