Maxwell Romancing Law + Order Beauty

R+B hunk Maxwell has found love with LAW + ORDER beauty Elisabeth Rohm.

The ASCENSION (DON'T EVER WONDER) singer and German-born Rohm - both 30 - arrived arm-in-arm at last month's (AUG03) MTV Video Music Awards in New York, and pals of the pair say they're inseparable.

One friend says, "Maxwell has definitely fallen hard for Elisabeth."

A coy Elisabeth will only reveal, "Maxwell and I are good friends."
