Matronic Encourages Gallagher's Spiteful Rants

SCISSOR SISTERS star ANA MATRONIC is courting the scathing criticisms OASIS star LIAM GALLAGHER made about her band - because it acts as proof they've "made it".

Outspoken British singer Gallagher recently blasted the New York outfit's wacky stage costumes, and threatened to rip out frontman JAKE SHEARS' vocal chords - because his voice offends him so much.

But Matronic - real name ANA LYNCH - is refusing to react furiously to his harsh comments, insisting his mean words merely confirm their superstar status.

She says, "I think when the Gallaghers start picking fights with you, you know you've made it. It's a stamp of approval as far as I'm concerned."
