Margolyes Dumped From Potter

British actress Miriam Margolyes is reeling after being dumped from the fifth Harry Potter film.

The ROMEO + JULIET star has played gardener PROFESSOR SPROUT in several of the boy wizard blockbusters, but has been told by film producers she will not be needed for HARRY POTTER AND THE ORDER OF THE PHOENIX - despite her character appearing in Jk Rowling's book.

Margolyes laments, "I am not making the fifth film. They made a great mistake and cut my character."

The fifth Potter is set to begin filming over the next few months and will be out in cinemas in 2007.
