Mandel A Self-Confessed Germophobe

Comedian Howie Mandel has such a strong fear of contracting germs, his wife TERRY has given him an automated plastic sleeve replacer for the toilet in his own bathroom.

Mandel, whose obsessive compulsive disorder will be featured in his upcoming series HIDDEN HOWIE: THE PRIVATE LIFE OF A PUBLIC NUISANCE, was thrilled when his spouse handed him the gift for their 25th wedding anniversary in March (05).

He enthuses, "You just wave your hand, and it replaces the plastic. I feel my love for Terry from the bottom of my (bottom)."
