Madonna - Madonna Stuns Murphy At Premiere

MADONNA left Hollywood beauty BRITTANY MURPHY speechless last night (23MAY05), when the superstar appeared as a surprise guest at the British premiere of SIN CITY.

Murphy joined her Sin City co-stars MICKEY ROURKE, JESSICA ALBA, MICHAEL MADSEN and CLIVE OWEN, as well as director ROBERT RODRIGUEZ on the red carpet of the Empire Leicester Square, ahead of the film's UK release next week (03JUN05).

Starstruck Murphy couldn't believe her eyes when Madonna and husband GUY RITCHIE suddenly arrived at the cinema.

The 27-year-old actress gushed, "It's probably the second time I've ever been star-struck in my life.

"She's my idol. If I meet her at the party I will shyly and meekly shake her hand."
