Wild rock chick Courtney Love has embarked on a bitter feud with OSCAR-winner NICOLE KIDMAN - after calling the actress "a puddle" to her face.
The former Hole frontwoman offers no explanation for her dislike of the Cold Mountain actress, but during an appearance on David Letterman's talk show last night (17MAR04) said, "It's no secret me and Kidman don't like each other."
During the zany interview on Letterman's The Late Show in New York - during which Love bared her breasts to the bemused host - she told how she had mocked Kidman when they were in an elevator together, after the publication of a Vanity Fair magazine article that described the pair as "fire and ice".
Love claims she told Kidman "that means you're a puddle".
