Lollapalooza Back On

US touring festival LOLLAPALOOZA will make just one stop this year (05), 12 months after poor ticket sales led to the event being scrapped.

BECK, THE KILLERS and KINGS OF LEON are among the acts slated to perform at Grant Park in Chicago, Illinois, in July (05).

Last year's (04) festival, which was to feature MORRISSEY and the PIXIES among others, was expected to be a touring two-day extravaganza, but the whole event was cancelled when tickets failed to sell.

A full line-up for this year's (05) Lollapalooza event is expected to be announced next month (APR05).
