Live 8 Makes Broadcast History

Next weekend's (02JUL05) Live 8 charity event will be the biggest broadcast of all time - with over 85 per cent of the world's population able to tune in via a variety of media.

Those without tickets to the free concerts - being staged simultaneously in London, Johannesburg, Paris, Rome, Philadelphia, Tokyo and Barrie, Canada - can access live footage not only on television and radio, but also online and on mobile phones.
