Lisa-Marie Fights Off Death Questions
LISA-MARIE PRESLEY is leaving her painful recollections of her father ELVIS' death for her memoirs - because she might have come to terms with them by then.
The singer admits the 1977 tragedy is still something she doesn't like to talk about it - and has been happy to steer away from questions about her past feelings in interviews to promote her debut album TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN.
Lisa-Marie even passed on the question when she joined chat show king LARRY KING for a live interview on CNN Tuesday night (06MAY03).
When King pressed her on her thoughts about her father's death - back when she was just nine, Presley snapped. "We're getting into a hairy, controversial field. I don't want to answer."
King responded, "You don't have to - it ain't a court."08/05/2003 01:44
