Limp Bizkit Postpone Album - Again
Heavy rock outfit Limp Bizkit's long-awaited new album has been retitled
and rescheduled yet again - this time to September (03).
Frontman Fred Durst made an announcement on the band's official website
assuring fans that label Flint/ INTERSCOPE will definitely put the album - now
called PANTY SNIFFER - out in the first week of September.
The set seemed ready for release in May (03), but after Bizkit finally
named MIKE SMITH as the replacement for guitarist Wes Borland, the group
scrapped the finished tracks and began working on new material.
He writes, "Sometimes you just have to go with the flow of creativity and
we're doing just f***ing that. The new band is exploding at the seems.
"You're not gonna comprehend where we took this one."
