Lennon Musical Postponed For Emergency Changes
The Broadway premiere of a new musical about late BEATLE Lennon">John Lennon has been postponed for two weeks for producers to make emergency changes.
Lennon's widow, Yoko Ono has publicly supported the show, LENNON, and its producer ALLAN McKEOWN who has been criticised by Lennon's former lover MAY PANG for "airbrushing" her out of his story.
But McKeown refuses to explain the "fundamental changes" he's making to the play, which will now premiere on 14 August (05).
He says, "We have delayed the opening for two weeks to allow our creative team to make adjustments.
"We need to make some changes."
