Lemmy: 'Say No To Drugs'

Hellraising rocker LEMMY has been chosen to spearhead an anti-drugs campaign after speaking out about his hatred for heroin on UK TV documentary LIVE FAST DIE OLD.

The MOTORHEAD star - real name IAN KILMISTER - will team up with politician WILLIAM GRAHAM at the Welsh Assembly in Cardiff on Thursday (03NOV05), and then play a gig at the Welsh Capital's University the same evening to promote his message.

Williams says, "Lemmy is taking it incredibly seriously, and his manager says he's writing a speech.

"It is a powerful message, delivered with all the understanding gained from the unique lifestyle Lemmy has pursued. It is a view of life that deserves wider consideration."
