Late Rap Rivals' Mums Work On The Rift With New Track

The mothers of late rap rivals NOTORIOUS BIG and TUPAC SHAKUR are bringing their feuding sons together from beyond the grave - by collaborating on a new track for a hits compilation.

BIG's mother VOLETTA WALLACE reveals she has reached out to Shakur's mum AFENI to ask for samples she can use on a new track she hopes to get remixed for a best of package she aims to release next year (06).

Wallace regrets her son and Shakur weren't closer when they were alive, because she's convinced they would have been friends.

She says, "They were musicians; they were artists; they were poets; they were family people. They had a lot in common."

I never meet tu pac agian he died on my 16th birthday. the only other person i meet since then was 50 cent when i told him i was known as a wankster sortly after he wrote the track wankster so i think ONE LOVE is still out ther in the mainstream but what i am trying to say that is you realy whant to celebrate tupac shakurs death i think it would fill a big piece of his life if i could be apart of the next albums i can only reach out because tu pac is real tu me and i whant to move on and if you feel the same maybe it might not be a bad idea if you remember me Afeni Shakur i hope i dont affend you with my words because in the begining he was pollite and in the end i know he was still pollite
