Lane Makes Up With Film Company

OSCAR-nominated actress Diane Lane has settled her lawsuit with production/distribution company INTERMEDIA over the film ME AGAIN.

The UNDER THE TUSCAN SUN star filed a suit last summer (JUL03) alleging Intermedia failed to finance the film, she was slated to star in and secure Bruce Willis as her co-star.

Intermedia and Lane have now come to an agreement, of which details have not been revealed.

Lane's agent at ENDEAVOR, BRIAN SWARDSTROM released a statement saying, "We're happy for our valued client, Diane Lane, and glad to be back in business with Intermedia. They've got some great projects, and we look forward to working with them in the near future."

Intermedia's vice chairman JON GUMPERT is equally pleased with outcome. He says, "We're thrilled to settle this misunderstanding amicably and certainly hope to work with Diane Lane on future projects."
