Sexy ATOMIC KITTEN singer Natasha Hamilton has boosted her bust from a modest B to a whopping D cup after having a secret breast enlargement.

The ETERNAL FLAME starlet went under the knife earlier this year (03) at the FAIRFIELD HOSPITAL in St Helens, Lancashire, Britain, and managed to keep the stunning results hidden while she recovered at her mum's home in Liverpool.

On Wednesday night (16JUL03) Natasha revealed her new shape on an evening out at London's CHINA WHITE club with fellow Kittens Liz Mcclarnon and JENNY Frost, and admitted she's thrilled with the outcome.

She said, "It's something I've been thinking about for a long time, and after a lot of consideration I decided to have it done. I'm really pleased with the results."

A pal confirms, "Despite going through a bit of pain, she's delighted with the results. She's more confident about her figure now and loves wearing more revealing tops.

"Tash has made no secret about wanting bigger breasts and was just waiting for the right time to have them done."

The singer even admitted the best part of being pregnant with new baby JOSH last year (02) was watching her chest inflate.
