Kilmer Credits Kudrow For Wonderland Decision

Hollywood actor Val Kilmer credits FRIENDS star Lisa Kudrow for his decision to take on the role of porn star JOHN HOLMES.

Kilmer's efforts in the soon-to-be-released Wonderland have already won over a number of critics, but he admits he was very reluctant to take on the role until his co-star Kudrow convinced him it was the right thing to do.

He says, "I turned it down forever. I didn't have any interest in being associated with pornography. I read the script and didn't really understand the story.

"I talked to Lisa Kudrow and then began to realise that the story is really about the consequence of excess."
