R+B beauty Alicia Keys got a little exercise with ELLEN DeGENERES before jetting off to Rome on Tuesday night (16NOV04), when she shared a kickboxing session with the comedienne.

The FALLIN' singer made an appearance on DeGeneres' chat show just hours before having to catch a flight to Italy for today's (18NOV04) MTV EUROPEAN MUSIC AWARDS, and decided to let the funny-girl kick away at her.

Keys teased, "I thought I would hurt you if you (received the kicks) so I just wanna make sure you hurt me."

The singer soon mockingly collapsed on the ground, after taking a few of DeGeneres' kicks.
