Kelley Tapped For Award
Michelle Pfeiffer's producer husband David E Kelley has been chosen to receive an award for his "thoughtful" depiction of gun violence on his shows.
The creator of hit TV series like The Practice and Ally Mcbeal will receive his gong at the BRADY CENTER TO PREVENT GUN VIOLENCE AWARDS on 7 October (04) at California's Beverly Hilton.
He was chosen, according to the organisation, for "the evenhanded and thoughtful manner in which he presents gun violence issues in his work".
Robin Williams, Camryn Manheim and Dennis Franz will appear at the ceremony.
