Kasabian's Pizzorno Slams Franz Ferdinand

KASABIAN guitarist SERGE PIZZORNO has launching a scathing attack on FRANZ FERDINAND, comparing their quirky dress sense to the characters in 1970 film THE RAILWAY CHILDREN.

The Scots band have been applauded by many for their smart stage style, but the CUTT OFF rocker detests their wardrobe.

Pizzorno tells Maxim magazine, "They're supposed to be fashionable and cool, but they look awful - like the Railway Children."

The English star also took the opportunity to mock glam rockers THE DARKNESS, labelling the band a 'one-album wonder'.

He scathes, "No one cares about The Darkness. No one is waiting for the second album."
