Angelina Jolie - Jolie: 'More Needs To Be Spent On Preventing Wars'

Actress and United Nations (UN) goodwill ambassador ANGELINA JOLIE is amazed the US government can spend so much money funding the war in Iraq and so little on humanitarian causes in Africa. The 31-year-old wishes America would reassess its foreign policy priorities. She tells CNN, "The amount of money being spent on war and then the amount of money not being spent on preventing wars in developing countries. "Our priorities are quite strange. We're missing a lot of opportunities to do good things that Americans have a history of doing."
