Johnson's Son To Play Younger Version Of His Dad

Former MIAMI VICE star DON JOHNSON's 21-year-old son JESSE is getting his big break by playing a younger version of his dad in a new TV movie.

Jesse, who is the product of Johnson's romance with PATTI D'ARBANVILLE, will play a young lieutenant in Vietnam who becomes involved in a massacre in upcoming TV film WORD OF HONOR.

Johnson Sr says, "The producers and the director came up with the idea of using Jesse and I said, 'OK, from this moment, I'm out of it.'

"Jesse read right along with the other actors. They tested him a few times. He got the part and did a good job."
