Jay-Z And Nas Settle Their Differences
Rappers Jay-Z and Nas have ended their longrunning feud - and they thrilled fans by uniTIng onstage at a New Jersey concert on Thursday night (27OCT05).
As the headliner of local radio station Power 105.1's Power House, Jay-Z had promised surprise guest performances.
And the unexpected truly occurred when Jay-Z invited his longtime nemesis onto the stage, prompting deafening applause, before performing his track DEAD PRESIDENTS.
Afterwards, the two rappers stood side-by-side for nearly two minutes as the crowd cheered. Nas then performed a roughly 15minute set of his tracks, before reuniting with SEAN 'DIDDY' COMBS for their collaboration HATE ME NOW.
Kanye West, Combs and Jay-Z then reconnected with Nas for JayZ's Encore to cap the night.
Among the other guests were Beanie Sigel, TI, Young Jeezy and Akon. Newcomers Boyz N Da Hood, Teairra Mari and Ne-Yo also performed short sets.
