Jagger Fears For London

THE ROLLING STONES star SIR MICK JAGGER is petrified for the plight of his native London since the terrorist attacks in July (05), and he fears the city may never recover.

The veteran rocker was already so worried the British capital would be the victim of a bombing attack he has already used his fear as inspiration for several tracks on the latest Stones album A BIGGER BANG.

Jagger says, "It is a scary time. Since I wrote the song, London's gotten scarier.

"RAIN FALL DOWN is a song about London. It has a line, 'Feel like we're living in a battleground. Everyone's jazzed.' That was in my head already.

"There were so many armed police in the streets. Walking around, seeing machine guns, is not how you imagine London to be.

"If we keep going down this track, we're not going to get back.

"The same feeling is in BACK OF MY HAND - that we'll get too far away from our original values and this over-reaching imperialism will take us to a place where we eventually collapse."

To those who disagree with Mick Jagger and disrespect his GOD given genius shame on all of you. Here is a man who thee ALMIGHTY FATHER has blessed with an infinite supply of heavenly grace. You ridicule him as a washed up old drug addicted rockin roller who has no business speaking his mind, shame on all of you again. For 40+ years Sir Michael Jagger has created priceless music that the ALMIGHTY FATHER very much approves of and demands that he continue all of his earthly life. To all you jealous ones and closed minded ones I call you mortal cowards, mortal jellyfish, and stupid, stupid ungratfuls. Sure Mr. Jagger lives the life of luxurey. He has earned it. He is self made. Is G.W.B. self made? I think not. He is a puppet on a string. Who holds the strings? Come on gentlemen, you can now be honest with youeselfs. Can't you? The strings are held by the billionaired faceless men who are running our world into economic and social collaspe. If you don't believe or agree with me its because you won't free your spirit and mind into the world of asethetic truth. Truth that Mick Jagger and the rest of the band {The Rolling Stones) give so freely to the billions of mere mortals truly love it. So Mick, keep on stating your political veiws! For yours are the ones the lost billions need the most! May GOD bless you every waking moment. THESIXTHSTONE

Quote of the Century: "...It is our true policy to steer clear of permanent alliances with any portion of the foreign world; so far, I mean, as we are now at liberty to do it; for let me not be understood as capable of patronizing infidelity to existing engagements. I hold the maxim no less applicable to public than to private affairs, that honesty is always the best policy. I repeat it, therefore, let those engagements be observed in their genuine sense. But, in my opinion, it is unnecessary and would be unwise to extend them...As avenues to foreign influence in innumerable ways, such attachments are particularly alarming to the truly enlightened and independent Patriot. How many opportunities do they afford to tamper with domestic factions, to practise the arts of seduction, to mislead public opinion, to influence or awe the Public Councils… Taking care always to keep ourselves by suitable establishments on a respectable defensive posture, we may safely trust to temporary alliances for extraordinary emergencies. Harmony, liberal intercourse with all nations, are recommended by policy, humanity, and interest. But even our commercial policy should hold an equal and impartial hand; neither seeking nor granting exclusive favors or preferences; consulting the natural course of things; diffusing and diversifying by gentle means the streams of commerce, but forcing nothing; establishing (with powers so disposed, in order to give trade a stable course, to define the rights of our merchants, and to enable the government to support them) conventional rules of intercourse, the best that present circumstances and mutual opinion will permit, but temporary, and liable to be from time to time abandoned or varied, as experience and circumstances shall dictate; constantly keeping in view that it is folly in one nation to look for disinterested favors from another; that it must pay with a portion of its independence for whatever it may accept under that character; that, by such acceptance, it may place itself in the condition of having given equivalents for nominal favors, and yet of being reproached with ingratitude for not giving more. There can be no greater error than to expect or calculate upon real favors from nation to nation. It is an illusion, which experience must cure, which a just pride ought to discard..." ---George Washington's Farewell Address, September 17, 1796

On Top of a Cloud: Absolutely the most intelligent thing I have heard or read on any blog. Hard to believe it was almost 200 years ago when it was said. Oorah Semper Fi. My name is a joke. My grandkids are half White and Black. I only hate ignorant people. If anyone goes back and read everything I said some of it was some of it was hatful, well the last 2 things. The Big Dinger hates everyone. That made me say supid things. He hates everyone. Jews, Democrat's, Republicans, Gays, Black and probably himself too! The only people I heard him defend are the Terrorist. I really think he is one. If not he is a White Malisha member or a KKK !
