Actor Joshua Jackson's quest for a British girlfriend has ended in success - he's dating sexy socialite HANNAH SANDING.

The DAWSON'S CREEK star expressed his interest in UK women before heading to London for a stint in stage show A LIFE IN THE THEATRE alongside Patrick STEWART.

And his dream appears to have come true - he arrived at the EMPIRE FILM AWARDS in the British capital yesterday (13MAR05) with the stunning 28-year-old blonde on his arm.

A source says, "Hannah and Josh arrive late and walked straight through to the dinner with their arms around each other.
