Troubled MICHAEL JACKSON is innocent and will not spend time in jail, according to SYLVESTER STALLONE's clairvoyant mother JACQUELINE STALLONE.

Psychic Jacqueline reckons the THRILLER star didn't sexually abuse young boys, despite his arrest on child molestation charges last week (ends21NOV03).

Jacqueline - who predicted ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER would become Governor of California at an early stage - tells MSNBC source THE SCOOP, "He will get off.

"He is totally innocent. He's going to walk free. I got a flash. It so happens I know the family, but that doesn't influence my call on this.

"You're going to find out that this is the biggest frame up that ever happened. People say his career is over. They're wrong.

"Because of this frame up, no one is going to believe the earlier charges were a frame up too, and he's going to come out of this stronger than ever. This all came to me like a lightning bolt."
