Jack Osbourne's Recovery Going Well

LATEST: Troubled teen Jack Osbourne is reportedly well on the way to
recovery following his self-admission to a clinic for drink and drug
problems.

The son of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne admitted himself to LAS ENCINAS detox
hospital in Pasadena, California after fearing his use of alcohol and cannabis
was spiraling deeper and deeper out of control.

Sharon said of her 17-year-old lad yesterday (08MAY03), "Jack is doing
really well. Doctors felt he was able to pass on to the next stage of
treatment, which means they think he is recovering. I am so proud of him."

Jack is not due to leave the hospital for another six weeks.
