Jack Black Waxes To Play Wrestler

Hairy funnyman Jack Black kept his body smooth throughout the filming of Mexican wrestling comedy NACHO LIBRE by waxing. The SCHOOL OF ROCK star felt he'd look out of place playing a hirsute wrestler, so he kept his bulky frame groomed. He reveals, "I did a lot of research and when I looked at all the Luchadors - the Mexican wrestlers - through history (they were) pretty hairless, so I thought, 'I'm gonna be hairless too.' "I went for the full wax - I went neck, back, crack, sack, belly, chest, all the way up to the Adam's apple."
