Ian Fleming's Estate Rage Over Chitty Chitty Bang Bang
The estate of James Bond creator IAN FLEMING have filed a copyright suit against studio bosses at Mgm because they're still cashing in on his CHITTY CHITTY BANG BANG STORY.
Fleming's family claim MGM's copyright on the story, which they turned into a family film starring Dick Van Dyke, ended in 1992.
The estate insists MGM bosses are breaking copyright laws by continuing to profit from the film about a flying car.
