Hucknall Attacks Photographer

Simply Red frontman Mick Hucknall has been accused of attacking a photographer trying to get a picture of him with an attractive brunette in Florence, Italy.

According to onlookers, the HOLDING BACK THE YEARS singer was strolling along with his mystery companion when he spied the paparazzo and charged at him.

One eyewitness tells British newspaper the SUNDAY EXPRESS, "One moment Mick was calmly walking with a female friend and the next he was a raging bull. The poor snapper turned and fled."

The singer was in Italy to organise a charity match between the NATIONAL ITALIAN SINGERS and the UNITED KINGDOM ALL STARS who count rockers Rod Stewart and Paul Young among their number.
