TV doctor GORAN VISNJIC (corr) is the latest actor being courted as the next JAMES BOND after meeting with CASINO ROYALE director MARTIN CAMPBELL three times recently.

According to movie website MOVIEHOLE.NET, the ER star is in "serious consideration" for the vacant 007 role, suggesting that rumours of a return for PIERCE BROSNAN are just that.

According to an insider at Bond franchise headquarters EON, Campbell does have a say in who gets cast as the next superspy and the director is a fan of the moody Croatian.

HUGH JACKMAN, CLIVE OWEN and DANIEL CRAIG are also clear favourites to play the new Bond.
