Actor GEORGE HAMILTON lives in a suite at Los Angeles' Bel Air Hotel because he doesn't want to leave a house behind when he dies.
The permatanned 65-year-old can't imagine living in his own home again - because no one could look after him like a hotel concierge.
Hamilton says, "Everybody loves to go on vacation and go to a hotel.
"I figured out that I'm not going to own anything, right. I never saw a hearse with a U-Haul (removal van) behind it. As long as it has a lot of closet space and room service at three o'clock in the morning, I'll live at the Bel Air Hotel.
"If I was a sick murderer, I would actually check into the hotel and call the concierge and say, 'Oh, by the way, I need some shirts and could you get my shoes polished and, by the way, the person I murdered last night, get rid of the body,' 'cos they do that. They can do anything."
Hamilton isn't the only suave movie star who has moved into his favourite hotel - OMAR SHARIF and PETER O'TOOLE also keep permanent suites at hotels in London and Paris, France.
