Guns N' Roses Sue Geffen

Legendary rockers GUNS N' ROSES are suing GEFFEN RECORDS to block the release of their forthcoming GREATEST HITS album.

Former members of the IT'S SO EASY band - singer Axl Rose, guitarist Slash and bassist DUFF McKAGAN - have filed the lawsuit because they say the disc is "unauthorised".

They want the compilation - which contains classics including WELCOME TO THE JUNGLE and PARADISE CITY - pulled from release as they claim Geffen didn't consult them about the track listing.

In a statement, Rose says the album doesn't contain the Los Angeles wildmen's best music and it's therefore "fundamentally flawed".
