Gotti Back On Top Of Hip-Hop Hot List
The Inc record boss Irv Gotti is back on top of the rap world after beating a lengthy money laundering battle - he's number one on the new The Source Power 30 List.
The rap mogul, real name Irving Lorenzo, beat music executives at MTV, Warner Music Group and Interscope, as well as Def Jam Records boss Jay-Z, Russell Simmons, SEAN 'DIDDY' COMBS and Jermaine Dupri on the hip-hop hot list.
Jay-Z and Def Jam partner La Reid come in seventh on the new list, while Simmons lands at nine, Diddy at 10 and Dupri at 12.
Other major players on the new Power 30 include Snoop Dogg (13), Pharrell Williams (15), Ludacris (19), Damon Dash (20) and Nelly (21).
