Gospel Great Rests In Style
07 January 2004The family of late gospel great Vestal Goodman have received some good news at last - the singer is to be posthumously inducted into the GOSPEL MUSIC HALL OF FAME alongside Al Green.
Goodman died after falling ill on a Christmas vacation in Florida last month (DEC03), but she'll now be honoured among gospel's icons next month (11FEB04).
The singer and Green are among the 2004 class of the Gospel Music Association's Hall of Fame, and they'll be honoured in Hendersonville, Tennessee.
