Glen Campbell Pleads Innocent To Drink Drive Charges

LATEST: Veteran country star GLEN CAMPBELL has pleaded not guilty to assault and drink-driving charges.

WICHITA LINEMAN singer Campbell was arrested on 24 November (03) after allegedly hitting another car before fleeing the scene of the accident near his Phoenix, Arizona home.

Nobody was injured in the crash, but the 67-year-old is also accused of kneeing a police officer following his arrest.

Breath tests revealed he allegedly had twice as much alcohol in his system as is legally permissible in Arizona.
