Gillespie: 'Drugs Nearly Destroyed My Family'

PRIMAL SCREAM frontman BOBBY GILLESPIE shudders to think of his drug-addled past as he knows how much he hurt his loved ones. The now-clean ROCKS star brands his behaviour "stupid" as the misery wreaked by substance abuse lasted far longer than the highs. He says, "It's just kind of stupid really. "You take things that initially make you feel good, and finally they make you feel bad and paranoid and sick, and I guess lead you into some bad situations. "Anybody who has been addicted to drugs or alcohol, they're going to hurt people who are close to them."
