George Michael Ready To Take The Stage

Pop legend GEORGE MICHAEL is warming up his vocal chords ready for his first live concerts in five years.

The FAITH hitmaker is expected to line-up a string of guest appearances from showbiz pals including SIR ELTON JOHN and GERI HALLIWELL for the dates which will begin at London's ALBERT HALL next May (04).

A source tells THE DAILY MIRROR, "George seems like he's been out of the loop for a long time but he's been busy writing and recording.

"He's a very private person and doesn't do the whole celebrity thing of getting pictured falling out of clubs."

However, the former WHAM! sensations's spokesperson says, "There's nothing confirmed. George has no scheduled appearances next year."
