George Michael Cautioned

LATEST: British pop star GEORGE MICHAEL received a police caution for possessing marijuana yesterday (29MAR06), following his arrest last month (FEB06). The former WHAM! heart-throb was founded slumped at the wheel of his car in central London on 26 February (06) and was taken into custody after police allegedly found cannabis and another drug in the car. Following his arrest, Michael admitted his guilt in a statement, saying, "It's my own stupid fault, as usual. I was in possession of class C drugs, which is an offence, and I have no complaints about the police, who were professional throughout." Michael attended Belgravia police station in the British capital on Wednesday and received a formal caution from cops. The second drug, which was initially thought to be liquid ecstasy, was in fact legal poppers.
