Gellar Put Off Motherhood By Friends' Children

Former BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER star Sarah Michelle Gellar is reminded why she never wants children whenever she spends time with her friends' offspring.

The actress, who married her Scooby-Doo co-star Freddie Prinze Jr in 2002, admits she's unsure she has enough energy to handle her own offspring.

She says, "We'll have children somewhere down the line but not yet. At the moment, I just borrow my friends' kids - it's the best form of birth control because I'm so tired after I'd had them for an afternoon. I'm like, 'Let's wait a few more years.'"

But Gellar does admit she's annoyed at the constant questions about when she plans to conceive.

She adds, "I have people on the street asking me, 'When are you and Freddie having children?' I'm like, 'You know my husband?'"
