Gallagher: 'Oasis Are No Longer The Greatest'

LIAM GALLAGHER has slammed his band OASIS as second rate, conceding arch-rivals COLDPLAY are greater musicians. The WONDERWALL frontman is horrified by his diminished status, but admits the time has come to acknowledge the superiority of a wealth of bands including U2 and THE ROLLING STONES. He says, "What bothers me is that we're not the biggest band in the world any more. "U2, the Stones, even Coldplay are bigger than us."

Hey Gallagher, I hate to break this to you, you're not even in the same league as the Stones. Never were, never will be. Although I've totally perfected ignoring your "music", your rants regarding your "bands" status seem to keep catching my attention. The next time you sober up, I beg you to keep your mouth shut. You are distracting me from REAL rock & roll.

OH MY GOOOOOOD! Is this guy (Gallagher) serious? Oasis no longer the greatest band, noooo kidding. I seem to remember when they had their little run of success, yeah, their little run of mediocre (definition: moderate to inferior in quality) hits (did they even have two?) him saying something like they were as good as the Beatles...the Beatles he said. What a joke. I don't know anything about the guy really, but if I had to guess I'd say he must be a crack addict. He's definitly smoking something. I wonder what wall he walked into that gave him the idea that he was ever even close to being part of a great band. I can't believe I'm even wasting my time addressing this. They're not even really good, or even good. I wouldn't even put them in the top 10,000 performers in the last 50 years. I hope someone wakes this guy up and tells him what an a-hole he is. The poor fella must be delusional. That's all for now... W.

oasis are in the same leauge as the stones..the stones are a bunch of oldies tryning to re-live their teen years, which will never happen..where as oasis dont even need to try cuz they are still as good as they ever have been..which is awesome, they are one of the best bands in the world..fact.

Gracias!, danke!, thanxs!!!
