Frost Sues British Magazine Over Affair Claims
SADIE FROST is suing British magazine CLOSER, after it published a story claiming the actress was having an affair while she was still married to JUDE LAW.
The disgruntled SHOPPING star - who was granted a 'quickie' divorce from the ROAD TO PERDITION hunk last month (OCT03) on grounds of his unreasonable behaviour - is adamant reports of a romance with Jude's pal SIMON ABOUD are false.
In a writ served in London's HIGH COURT, Frost states the story also wrongfully claimed she was having illicit liaisons with Aboud in the family home in the London's Primrose Hill, and that this provoked her husband into allegedly assaulting her.
In addition, the screen beauty also accuses Closer of printing incorrect photographs alongside the story - the man they called Aboud was in fact a picture of family friend STEVE JANSEN, according to Frost.
Frost - who is suing the magazine's publisher EMAP - has also stated Closer cut her press agent MEENA KHERA out of a picture featuring her and the man identified as Aboud.11/11/2003 13:48
