Madonna - Former Madonna Director Reteams With U2

The director suing MADONNA for breach of agreement has landed another big gig - he's behind U2's latest concert DVD.

Filmmaker HAMISH HAMILTON is demanding $175,000 (GBP92,100) from Madonna after agreeing to film shows on her recent REINVENTION tour for a TV special that never happened.

And while he waits for the MATERIAL GIRL to pay up, Hamilton has another big money earner as he reteams with U2.

The director, who also helmed U2's ELEVATION tour DVD and U2 GO HOME: LIVE FROM SLANE CASTLE, filmed two of the group's shows during a four-night run earlier this month (MAY05) in Chicago, Illinois for future DVD release.
