Fiennes' Underwear Embarrassment

British actor RALPH FIENNES is careful about the underwear he wears, after exposing his polka dot boxer shorts to a theatre audience.

The RED DRAGON star admits he never paid too much attention to his underwear until he ended up inadvertently flashing a rather decorative pair to the public.

He says, "I remember being on stage once, doing a Shakespeare play. I was doing this great, long speech about love. "I was wearing these moleskin trousers which split right (in the front). I was wearing underpants, which were white boxer shorts with red polka dots. I had to keep sustaining this romantic speech and these trousers were (splitting further)."
