British dance star Fatboy Slim will launch his new album with a special event at his favourite soccer team's stadium next month (OCT04).

The PRAISE YOU hitmaker will perform his latest work to an estimated crowd of 7,000 when his beloved English team BRIGHTON AND HOVE ALBION play SHEFFIELD UNITED on 2 October (04) at Withdean Stadium - which will be named PALOOKAVILLE for the night, after his album.

Cook says, "I have been a Brighton and Hove Albion fans for years. Palookaville's coming home."

DICK KNIGHT, the chairman of Brighton and Hove Albion - which is sponsored by Fatboy's label SKINT RECORDS - comments, "We've had a great relationship with Skint Records and Norman for over five years, during which time like every Albion fan they've experienced the quaint idiosyncrasies of our temporary home.

"So when Norman came up with the name of his new album - Palookaville - it seemed totally appropriate to re-christen Withdean for the launch home game.

"It's a bit of fun and the irony won't be lost on everyone who knows why we need a proper stadium."
