US TV executives have snubbed SIR ELTON JOHN's new comedy show HIM AND US. The ROCKET MAN hitmaker was set to produce HIM AND US, which starred former BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER star ANTHONY HEAD as an ageing gay rocker and ex-SEX AND THE CITY beauty KIM CATTRALL as his manager. THE ROLLING STONES frontman SIR MICK JAGGER was also set to appear in a recurring role. The New York Daily News reports TV networks have declined the chance to include John's show on their autumn (06) schedule after watching a pilot episode.
