Eddie Murphy's Career Blunders

EDDIE MURPHY is still regretting giving up the chance to be part of the famous WE ARE THE WORLD charity single and video - when he was personally asked by STEVIE WONDER.

The funnyman admits he's made a number of cinematic blunders, but saying no to Stevie is his biggest career mistake.

He says, "The biggest mistake of all was when I was working on one of my ill-fated albums in Stevie's studio and he calls me up and says, 'Hey, you gotta come down, we're doing this song...' and I said, 'No way, I've got to work on my record.' He said, 'You've got to come down, man,' and I was like, 'I'm not doing it.'

"So I was working on my record and they were doing We Are The World. Whenever I see that video I feel like a complete a**hole."

Among the movie roles Murphy regrets turning down: WHO FRAMED ROGER RABBIT and GHOSTBUSTERS.
